We’re searching for a Senior Curtain Wall or Commercial Construction Estimator who is eager to move into a Business Development Manager role. Your extensive background in curtain wall or construction estimating gives you a distinct advantage in understanding client needs and project feasibility. JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

· Diploma or Degree in Architectural and Building Technology. Engineering and Construction Management preferred
· Ten+ years of estimating or project management in the curtainwall or construction industry
· Deep understanding of curtain wall systems, materials, manufacturing, installation methods, and industry standards.
· Willingness to travel both nationally and internationally when required.
· Familiar with Construction Contracts.
· Strong technical skills with a variety of software, including MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word). The ability to view files in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Revit is an asset.
· Ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
· Ability to think strategically and develop long-term business development plans
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
· Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
· Teamwork-orientated
