We are seeking a Business Development Manager with excellent proven experience in selling medium to large mechanical equipment to join their team and unleash your potential, as you’ll enjoy the autonomy and freedom to make impactful decisions in driving our continued growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in selling medium to large mechanical equipment.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, especially in relation to profit margins.
  • Ability to navigate complex negotiations, especially regarding profit margins.
  • Proven track record in heavy engineering/mechanical sales b2b.
  • Experience in Sales and generating leads.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Results-driven and target-focused.

  • Analyze and interpret industry data to make informed decisions.
