Responsibilities

You’ll be managing your own portfolio of Customer accounts. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle from outbound prospecting to ramping up card spend and account management. This is a telephone-based role (no face-to-face or field sales involved). You’ll primarily be contacting SME owner-directors selling our award-winning business credit card.
✨Making 30-50 outbound cold calls per day
✨Identify target industries and organisations by working closely with the sales & growth teams
✨Prospect into target organisations using a range of outbound sales tools, campaigns and referrals
✨Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
✨Consistently achieve monthly KPIs and new acquisition figures to build toward your quarter target
✨Contribute to revenue growth through consultative sales and strategic account management
