We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager with expertise in borrowing base analysis, financial modeling, and advanced Excel skills to oversee and optimize the financial operations of our company. Specializing in litigation funding, real estate investments, and asset-based lending, the ideal candidate will manage financial planning, credit risk assessment, cash flow optimization, and compliance while ensuring the efficient use of capital resources.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred).
• 5+ years of finance experience in litigation funding, real estate finance, or asset-based lending.
• Expertise in borrowing base management and credit facility reporting.
• Strong Excel proficiency (advanced formulas, financial modeling, pivot tables, macros, etc.).
• Experience in credit risk analysis, structured finance, and financial modeling.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance standards.
• Proficiency with financial software, ERP systems, and data analytics tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
