Responsibilities

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will take ownership of the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, working closely with our marketing, finance, and operations teams to deliver an outstanding client experience.
This role is ideal for a driven, high-performing sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

In this Role, You’ll:

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Manage and optimise a B2B sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality opportunities.
  • Lead daily sales huddles with the telesales team to drive motivation and performance.
  • Meet with clients to understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and build long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead-generation strategies and campaigns.
  • Oversee the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and high customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver regular sales reports and insights to senior leadership, tracking performance and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Follow up on leads strategically, ensuring consistent engagement with potential clients.
