Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Dublin – Office Based
Salary: Up to €50,000 basic. OTE €90,000-€120,000
Reporting to: Commercial Director

• Own the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities
• Lead by example and mentor Business Development Executives
• Build lasting relationships with C-suite stakeholders
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams post-sale
• Manage a growing client portfolio and drive long-term value
• Consistently hit and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets
