JOB SUMMARY:
· We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager with a minimum of five years’ experience in digital forensics.
· In this role, you will play a key part in advancing CCL’s position in the public sector.
· Collaborating closely with key decision makers, you will drive business development initiatives, strengthen client relationships, and identify opportunities to enhance market presence and achieve growth.

· 5 + years’ experience in working within Digital Forensics.
· A competitive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.

· Proven track record in solving Public Sector challenges.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage prospects.

· Experience with account planning and persona mapping.
· Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
· A team player with a collaborative approach and a willingness to support colleagues.
· An interest in digital forensics and a passion for relationship building and collaboration.

EDUCATION:
Minimum GCSE pass or equivalent in Maths and English
SERVICE AND MARKET KNOWLEDGE
Understanding of digital forensics services with a wider awareness of software and cyber security services and their application
Knowledge of industry trends, competition, and customer challenges.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED
· Educate prospective customers in their initial interactions with CCL, making a great first impression and laying the foundation for long-term relationships.
· Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential customers through phone calls, emails, social media, and other creative methods.
· Visit public sector organisations to identify current challenges, develop partnership relationships and identify opportunities for CCL to support customer challenges.
· Research and identify key decision-makers within target accounts, coordinating with your assigned sales team.
· Design and execute comprehensive business development and marketing strategies to support growth in both the private and public sectors.
· Lead the preparation and delivery of pitches, proposals, and presentations, ensuring messaging is tailored and impactful for potential clients.
· Identify relevant client issues and market trends, proposing topics for campaigns and fostering meaningful client dialogues.
· Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities and manage leads in our CRM system.
· Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximise opportunities.
· Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and our product offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
· Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets
