Our Business Development Manager is responsible for generating sales, managing accounts, and developing new leads for Bloum, a SaaS software product that measures wellbeing and academic scores in students and helps schools support students over their individual learning journeys.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Develop and implement business development strategies focused on financial gain and closure of new clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.
- Identify new markets and customer needs through research and analysis.
- Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to identify emerging opportunities.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline sales.
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver the best experience for Bloum.
