Position Description The Business Development Manager (BDM) will play a pivotal role in building up business and partnerships for Cinemo in China and South East Asia With a deep understanding of our product portfolio and roadmap, the BDM will collaborate closely with Portfolio and Strategy to refine and execute the defined strategies to generate new opportunities in the two regions. This rolerequires both strong business acumen and technical expertise, as the BDM will also be responsible for assessing potential new partners and / or new initiatives with existing partners to enrich the Cinemo roadmap and contributing to the company’s growth. This is a hands-on role that spans across business development, product positioning, market entry strategies, and partner relationship management. You will have direct impact in supporting the go-to-market strategies and growing business. In this role, you will: Support the Business Development team in managing and growing customer relationships in the region Execute developed strategies for entering selected new strategic markets and new customers. Conduct market research and help identify new business opportunities Assist in preparing proposals, quotes, and contracts Help coordinate customer meetings, trade shows, and business trips Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Legal, Engineering) to ensure seamless communication and execution What you will need to succeed: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field Proven track record of building business activities from the ground up, experience in development, account management, or sales Fluent in English and Mandarin (both verbal and written) Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities Previous experience in the automotive or technology industry is a plus
