· Identify and pursue new business opportunities, bringing in exciting projects that align with our expertise.
· Actively research procurement, bid, and tender websites, along with various media channels, for RFP opportunities; proactively pursue leads and meticulously track and analyze the outcomes of proposals.
· Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and industry partners to expand our network.
· Develop compelling proposals, RFP responses, and presentations that set us apart.
· Research market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to position us strategically.
· Manage and update the firm’s website to ensure our digital presence reflects our brand and expertise.
· Create marketing materials, including brochures, project profiles, and social media content.
· Plan and coordinate office events, including staff gatherings and client events.
· Represent Ciccozzi Architecture at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
What You Bring
· 3+ years of experience in business development or marketing, ideally in architecture, engineering, or construction.
· A proven track record of generating new business and securing projects
· Exceptional written communication, organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
· Strong design sensibility and advanced graphic abilities, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
· A self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
