As a Business Development Manager, you’ll play a critical role in driving and improving vendor sales while meeting both vendor and company objectives and targets. Your key responsibilities will include: Planning, strategizing and executing them along with the PMs assigned for the product Research and study of Ingram Micro's position/market share per region / channel segment and share inputs to the PMs Support the execution of Marketing Plan, working closely with marketing team for implementation and for measuring each event success rate. Suggest Reseller Programs for different Channel Segments to insure the right penetration and sales of different product segments to the right Reseller Segments for the assigned business Generate sales pipeline and ensuring closures through negotiations and value propositions Development of close relations with the vendor, channel at every level. What You Bring to the Role: We’re looking for someone with: A graduate degree with 8:10 years of experience in IT sales/Business Development. You have experience in Cisco sales or similar products. Enthusiasm and a results-driven mindset with a strong will to succeed. A self-starter, self-motivated, and a team player. A strong ‘customer-first’ mentality, able to utilize relationships to drive results.
