Responsibilities

• Forge Connections: Hit the ground running with product intro calls to contractors, architects, and builders, representing our elite dealer network with confidence and charisma.
• Drive Sales Success : Lead field-level sales calls, train wholesale accounts, and present product knowledge that captivate customers and boost business.
• Partner for Impact: Collaborate with dealers on sales calls, amplify promotions, and work closely with PrimeSource TMs and BDMs to elevate CityPost’s presence in the market.
• Shine at Events: Rock trade and contractor shows, deliver compelling product demos, and set up/break down booths. (Some weekend work may be needed—bring your A-game!)
• Build Opportunities: Track every call and visit in Salesforce with precision, and follow through on contractor leads to unlock new possibilities.
• Inspire and Engage: Join local building associations, pitch CityPost’s unique value proposition, and align solutions with customer needs to create lasting impact.
• Stay Sharp: Dive into sales and product trainings to hone your skills, maintain razor-sharp focus on account goals, and deliver exceptional attention to detail.
• Live Our Values: Embody professionalism, respect, and ethical excellence in every interaction, fostering a positive vibe with customers, dealers, and teammates. Adhere to company policies and our Quality System (ISO procedures, customer complaint policies) to ensure total customer satisfaction.
