Responsibilities

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Promote and sell the product portfolio to meet sales targets by raising brand awareness and providing support to customers.
  • Demonstrate and present products, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage pre- and post-sales processes in collaboration with internal teams
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and meetings, reporting on market trends and competitor activity
  • Prepare and submit technical reports for tenders/offers and devise strategies to influence future opportunities
  • Coordinate field activities during the pre- and post-sales process in partnership with the relevant colleagues and external stakeholders.
  • Proactively address customer questions and concerns professionally to develop loyalty, customer satisfaction, and create new business opportunities.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors degree in Life Science/Clinical Sciences or similar field
  • Direct selling experience to the clinical diagnostics market with capital equipment, as seen by recent career history to NHS & Private sectors
  • Awareness of the hospital and laboratory selling market
  • Flexibility to travel within UK & Ireland, with occasional travel to Europe.
