Collective Minds is looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to help grow our presence in the global clinical trials ecosystem. About Collective Minds Collective Minds is based in Stockholm/Danderyd and we operate globally across clinical trials and life sciences. We are an imaging platform for clinical trials that connects hospitals, experts, and industry - including CROs, pharma, biotech, medtech, and eClinical vendors - enabling trials with imaging endpoints and the generation of high-quality evidence faster and more efficiently. We are a fast-moving, commercially minded team focused on collaboration, accountability, and impact. By combining deep domain expertise in medical imaging with novel cloud technology, we help customers reduce risk, ensure compliance, accelerate and scale research. The role This is a Business Development Manager role where your focus will be to open new opportunities, build relationships, and drive new business with pharma, medtech/biotech companies and CROs. In this role you will focus on new customer acquisition and commercial growth. You will engage with sponsors, CROs and research partners, understand their needs, and position Collective Minds’ platform as a valuable solution for clinical trials with imaging. You will own the full sales cycle — from identifying opportunities and building relationships to negotiating and closing agreements, including; Identifying and developing new business opportunities in clinical trials Building relationships with pharma, medtech/biotech, CROs and research organizations Managing complex B2B sales cycles Developing and maintaining a strong sales pipeline Representing Collective Minds at industry events and customer meetings Collaborate internally with product, clinical, and customer success teams to ensure successful customer outcomes The role is based in Stockholm with a hybrid setup, combining office work, customer meetings, and industry events. You will report directly to the Sales Manager and be accountable for achieving revenue targets and driving new business acquisition across the clinical trials ecosystem. Your Background- who you are We believe you have experience from sales in the clinical trial industry and enjoy working in complex environments with multiple stakeholders. You are: A commercially driven hunter profile who enjoys creating opportunities and closing deals Strong business acumen and commercial judgement Comfortable building relationships with sponsors and across the clinical trial subcontracting ecosystem Excellent communication skills in English (Swedish is a plus) You may currently work with sales in: Clinical trial services for a CRO eClinical platforms or digital health solutions Life science services sold to sponsors including pharma, medtech or biotech companies It’s a bonus if you have experience from medical imaging.
