The Role: As a Business Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sustainable growth for CMW Geosciences across Western Australia's construction, infrastructure, energy and mining sectors. Working closely with our technical leaders and regional teams, you'll identify market opportunities early, position CMW on major projects, and convert those opportunities into long-term, high-value client partnerships. This is a hands-on, relationship-led role suited to someone who thrives in a technical consulting environment — someone who can build credibility, influence key stakeholders, and consistently deliver commercial outcomes. Alongside new business development, you will also manage and grow a strong existing client portfolio with an established pipeline of work. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute business development strategies aligned to CMW's growth objectives Identify, pursue and secure new opportunities across Perth and Western Australia Build, maintain and grow strong relationships with clients, partners and internal stakeholders Manage key accounts and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across CMW's service lines Track market trends, upcoming projects and competitor activity Represent CMW at industry events and networking opportunities What We're Looking For Proven ability to win and grow new client relationships across construction, engineering, mining, infrastructure or energy. Minimum 5 years business development experience with a demonstrated track record of success.
