We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager - Colocation Data Centres to spearhead new business growth and nurture existing client relationships. In this pivotal role, you will: Identify, qualify, and close opportunities with organisations seeking colocation services and physical data centre space Serve as the primary point of contact for clients evaluating colocation as an alternative to on-premises or cloud hosting Position Iomart's facilities as the optimal solution for business continuity, compliance, and connectivity needs Build long-term partnerships by delivering tailored solutions that meet client requirements We want to hear from you if you: Have 4+ years’ experience in direct sales or business development within the data centre, colocation, or critical infrastructure sector Can demonstrate a proven track record of selling colocation/data centre space, strong knowledge of data centre design, compliance frameworks, and experience engaging enterprise, hyperscale, and cloud service provider clients Are skilled in solution-based selling, contract negotiation, and managing complex sales cycles Possess excellent communication skills Are proficient in using CRM (Salesforce) Have a passion for delivering tailored client solutions Are a self-motivated, results-driven professional ready to drive new business growth and manage key client relationships What's in it for me?
