Acadian Construction is seeking a Business Development Manager to support our expansion in Halifax by generating new opportunities, building industry relationships, and helping establish our presence in the commercial construction market.
You will report directly to the Regional Director, working hand in hand to develop and pursue high-quality leads. While the Regional Director drives overall strategy and oversees construction operations, your focus will be on targeted outreach, relationship development, and supporting pre-construction positioning.
This is an ideal role for someone who is independent, self-motivated, and energized by the challenge of building something new. You must be comfortable working autonomously, taking initiative without waiting for direction, and operating with a high degree of ownership and follow-through. It’s a role for a true self-starter who thrives on connecting people, uncovering opportunities, and helping a high-trust builder grow smart in a new market.
