Description

For our Berlin location, we are looking for a proactive, project-oriented and communicative individual to fill the position of Business Development Manager / Executive Project Manager - Commercial (m/f/d).

In this role, you will work closely with our management team and support them in consistently implementing strategic initiatives in the commercial sector. You will be deeply involved in day-to-day operations and strategy, participate in key meetings, and ensure that decisions translate into concrete next steps.

In this role, you'll not only organize but also contribute to the content: You'll structure commercial topics, prepare decisions, coordinate projects, and reliably track their progress. After your initial training, you'll increasingly take on your own projects and manage them independently to completion.

Coordinating appointments and business trips is explicitly not a key focus of this position. We are not looking for a traditional assistant, but rather a strong, substantive right hand to the management.

Your tasks:

  • You will support strategic initiatives of the management and advance commercial projects (sales and marketing) in a structured and results-oriented manner.
  • You keep track of project status, responsibilities, deadlines and next steps.
  • You prepare decisions in business development and develop sound decision-making bases.
  • After your initial training, you will independently take on commercial projects and special topics.
  • You support OKR tracking and make progress, deviations and risks transparent.
  • You attend important meetings, record results, and ensure binding follow-ups.
  • You prepare and follow up on communication with internal, external and international stakeholders.
  • You create presentations, briefings, and decision-making documents.
  • You will provide organizational support in the Berlin office as needed.

What you bring:

  • A successfully completed degree or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in a project-oriented role, for example in the management office, project management, business operations or in management consulting with a focus on commercial or building sales structures in the pharmaceutical environment.
  • Experience in independently structuring and managing commercial projects to completion.
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
  • The ability to quickly grasp complex issues and present them clearly.
  • Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and the common Microsoft Office applications
  • Ideally, experience with OKRs or project management tools.
  • Excellent German (at least C2) and English skills, both spoken and written.
  • A high degree of discretion, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented and hands-on approach to work
  • High affinity for AI and interest in advancing AI automation
