Roles & Responsibilities

• Marketing & Business Development of recruitment services.
• Cold calling, Planning meetings making new clients and dealing with the existing ones. Coordination with the entire GCC, Asia and Africa region.
• Account management (Internal & external)
• Generating and Maintaining databases; preparing reports.
• Markets services by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns; Social Media, newsletters etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

The candidate should possess a comprehensive understanding of bulk overseas hiring for manpower services. Experience in sales with international regions such as Europe, Asia, and Africa is essential. The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in managing international vendor relationships and possess strong industry connections for business development. Target industries for collaboration include construction, retail (food and fashion), food and beverage, security, aviation, ground staff services, oil and gas, facility management, and operations and maintenance.
