Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and competitors.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
• Should have good experience from B2C industries.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to achieve business goals.
• Manage and lead a team of sales and marketing professionals.
• Negotiate and close deals with customers and partners.
• Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics to improve effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote brand awareness.
• Having Experience to handled team
• Industries preferred: Travel and Tour/Bank/Mobile service provider/Contruction/Automobile Industries/Commercial Transport Industries

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business development or sales roles.
