Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Drive aggressive sales and business development for our new printing and packaging department.
2. Generate leads and secure orders for custom-branded cartons, paper cups, kraft paper bags, and miscellaneous bespoke print and packaging materials.
3. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of B2B clients, from local SMEs to large-scale enterprises in need of high-volume packaging.
4. Consult with clients on the benefits of UV print technology, offering tailored solutions that meet their turnaround and quality requirements.
5. Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to keep our offerings highly competitive.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of proven B2B sales experience specifically within the printing and packaging industry in the UAE.
2. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of commercial printing, corrugated cartons, flexible packaging, and branding collateral.
3. Network: An existing portfolio of active clients or a strong network within sectors that require frequent packaging solutions (F&B, retail, FMCG) is a massive advantage.
4. Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. A self-starter mentality with a hunger to hit and exceed sales targets.
5. Mobility: Valid UAE driving license is highly preferred.
