We are looking for Business Development Manager for the Connectivity & Products (C&P) business who will ensure the development and effective functioning of the new business area with focus on textile, automotive, electrical, government and trade facilitation services. Job Description Create, implement and develop business development strategy for C&P (Connectivity & Products) to achieve revenue targets and market share growth across Caspian sub-region; Conduct rigorous market research to monitor trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within the C&P sector. Drive client acquisition through direct engagement, professional presentations, and the negotiation of commercial proposals, job costing, and final contracts. Conduct customer needs assessments and deliver tailored solutions that drive value and long-term relationships. Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and forums to enhance brand visibility and network with key stakeholders. Build and manage a high-performing operations team to support business expansion and scaling. Ensure all operations meet established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and quality objectives, emphasizing timeliness and technical excellence. Manage PCA (Product Conformity Assessment) and PSI (Pre-Shipment Inspection) activities in strict accordance with regional budgets, IVP Business Rules, and Country Instructions. Lead the creation and continuous improvement of business development procedures and Quality Management System (QMS) standards; Manage the "Voice of the Customer" (VoC) by resolving applications, complaints, and appeals. Collaborate with other business units and Strategic Business Units (SBUs) to foster cross-divisional synergy and service excellence.
