In this role, you will be in a key position to fully take advantage of our products and the huge interest for Apple in the local market to drive our sales to the next level. The BDM Consumer Offers generates sales revenue growth through developing and driving Consumer Offers around Affordability (Trade In, Financing) across 20 CEE countries. This role will drive Apple’s end to end affordability strategy from inception to a flawless execution plan while demonstrating passion to ideate, create and deliver new, innovative consumer offers to make Apple products and services more accessible for consumers. This is a highly visible and critical role in the newly created CEE business development team working directly with Apple senior leadership, EMEA consumer team, local sales teams, channel partners, trade in vendors, procurement, finance and marketing in CEE.

DESCRIPTION

Lead our affordability program in CEE, working with channel partners, sales teams, sales planning and operations, Marcom, the Apple Financial Services team, Trade In partners, banks, to optimize consumer offers Develop and propose competitive offering proposals around Trade In, Forward Trade In, Upgrade Programs, Subscription and Installment models. Engage with Resellers, Apple Premium Resellers and Carriers, maintaining key relationships and bring them to the next level. Propose new projects in conjunction with Apple partners and be an end-to-end project leader to ensure flawless execution Share initiatives in the region for the different markets, anticipating market trends Work in partnership with internal stakeholders-, presenting, approving, executing and monitoring the offer strategy and deployment, the go to market strategy. Ensure that we always keep an innovative and competitive approach to our proposals, looking for new effective ideas. Measure and report the impacts and takeaways which can be implemented as inputs for new future offers.   • In depth experience developing affordability solutions with experience in Telco, Tech, Financing, Retail, Consumer Goods or Strategy Consulting.
  • Demonstrate initiative, adaptability and problem-solving skills in a changing and dynamic environment
  • Develop creative solutions, and demonstrate resourcefulness, while maintaining highest attention to detail.
  • Hands on mentality and drive for excellence. Project management skills or experience delivering to multiple high priorities at the same time..
  • Strong analytical skills, meticulous with strong intuition for business and consumer focus.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically, to deliver on short and long term goals.
  • Proven ability to evaluate, analyse and present data to executive level
  • International working experience with cross functional teamsEnglish proficiency
