BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

As part of our continued expansion, we are on the lookout for a Business Development Manager (IC2-G3) to join our growing Inside Sales team. Based in London, the successful individual will join the global team currently spread across Europe, North America & Asia.
Business Development Manager is responsible for generating net new leads, nurturing customer relationships typically through phone calls, email, or online communication, without physically meeting. He/she would be reporting to Director of Inside Sales and work closely with existing team. Following up on leads, managing or building the sales pipeline, meeting or exceeding individual and team sales quotas thorough understanding of Continent 8’s products & services, working effectively with other team members, including Sales Directors and others

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Responsibilities

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Driving leads, opportunities and revenue for the company.
  • Making 50 cold calls in a day followed by 50 emails and voice mails and other online communications too.
  • Generating 14 meetings per quarter.
  • Identifying 3 qualified conference calls per quarter.
  • Working closely with assigned Regional Sales Director on his/her account base and build pipeline which will convert to opportunities followed by revenue.
  • Having good understanding of Salesforce CRM tool from a sales perspective.
  • Having good knowledge of using market research tools to build quality database which would help in making calls and emails to prospects.
