We’re looking for an ambitious and driven Business Development Manager to grow our B2B client base and drive revenue through quoting, relationship building, and account conversion.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 4+ years in B2B sales (ideally plumbing, heating, M&E, or construction)
  • Strong quoting and negotiation skills
  • Able to close deals from £5,000 to £100,000+
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
  • Based near Luton with a valid UK driving license
