Job Title: Business Development Manager – Corrugated Packaging Solutions
Location: GCC Region (Base: UAE)
Salary: AED 7,000 – AED 12,000 per month

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an ambitious and globally experienced Business Development Manager to lead sales and market expansion in the GCC region. Our company holds exclusive distributorship rights for major European and American corrugated packaging manufacturers, offering world-class products and solutions to regional clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in packaging, B2B distribution, or industrial sales, with the ability to establish high-value partnerships and deliver significant growth across multiple markets.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5 to 10 years of proven business development or sales experience in packaging, corrugated boxes, paper products, or related industries.
  • Global business exposure or international sales experience preferred.
  • Strong track record of generating and closing business deals with corporate clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with ability to penetrate new markets and scale revenue.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory; Arabic is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel across the GCC for client meetings and business development.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share for corrugated packaging solutions across the GCC region.
  • Leverage existing international and regional client networks to secure immediate business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including manufacturers, distributors, e-commerce players, FMCG companies, and industrial clients.
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts with senior decision-makers.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitor activities.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, packaging expos, and industry events across the region.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present periodic sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
