Create impact as a Business Development Manager - CPF Mō te Tūranga | Your Role Exciting opportunity to partner with our brokers and truly drive the relationship!!! Are you passionate about building strong relationships and driving business growth? We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing relationships with a portfolio of allocated brokers, with a strong focus on achieving growth and profitability targets. You’ll also handle the underwriting of both new and renewal business in line with our company’s guidelines, working with the Regional Manager to develop and execute strategic plans. This is a full-time permanent opportunity, offering flexible working options. You will be based out of our Broker’s office in Kirikiriroa (Hamilton) or Tauranga Moana ( Tauranga) On Offer Joining IAG you’ll have access to: 1. You will also demonstrate: • Experience with commercial insurance underwriting and pricing – Minimum 2 years • Strong relationship management skills to engage with both internal and external stakeholders • Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills. • Demonstrates strong business acumen. • Demonstrates high levels of initiative and sound judgement, aside from being a great communicator.
