While you’ll be joining Epiroc, it’s important to note that your role will be within the GET Business Line, where you’ll contribute directly to our ongoing mission to deliver cutting-edge solutions to our mining customers.
We’re now looking for a hunter-style Business Development Manager to drive growth across the East Coast market — from the Northern Territory down to Tasmania. This is a high-impact role for someone who can confidently operate at both corporate level and mine site level, opening doors, building relationships, and delivering revenue growth. This role is based at our G.E.T. Head Office in Cannon Hill, Brisbane however the role will require regular travel across the East Coast region.

WHAT YOU BRING

We’re looking for someone who thrives in the chase, builds strong relationships, and knows how to close the deal. Ideally, you’ll have:

  • 5+ years’ business development or sales experience in the mining/resources industry.
  • A track record of delivering against revenue and growth targets.
  • Strong relationship-building skills — able to engage confidently with stakeholders from site teams to executives.
  • The ability to embed yourself in the market, spot opportunities, and create momentum.
  • A proactive, growth-focused mindset — comfortable being a door kicker and opening new opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the East Coast region.

Responsibilities

As our Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Act as a growth driver, chasing opportunities across both new and existing markets.
  • Manage relationships at both the corporate office and mine site levels.
  • Confidently “talk the talk” on-site and represent CR as a trusted, credible partner.
  • Embed yourself in the East Coast market, building a strong presence and network.
  • Develop and present compelling value propositions for our Mining Equipment and Digital solutions.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer success and market penetration.
  • Deliver on quarterly revenue growth targets — supported by a variable incentive structure linked to performance.
