  • Will have significant, proven experience expanding client base with B2B sales, preferably for a digital services company or similar.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and/or international markets
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with new clients and partners
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Collaborate with internal teams and the founder to align on goals and deliverables
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and closed deals using CRM tools
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
  • Report regularly on business development performance to senior leadership
Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our business by identifying new market opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving additional revenue. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for sales and a proven track record of delivering growth. You’ll have a strong desire to see our business grow and will work closely and collaboratively with the rest of our leadership team as our company grows.
You will be responsible for the end to end process, and working together with the founder to open new opportunities for our business to expand into, to increase our pace of growth.
