Position Overview:
The Branch Business Development Manager supports the Bryan, OH office of CrossCountry Mortgage. The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving growth and expanding the customer base of the retail mortgage branch. This role involves developing strategic partnerships, fostering relationships, and implementing marketing initiatives to increase loan origination and revenue.
This position operates within Eastern Standard Time Zone working hours to support the East Coast region.
