REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field;
• 3+ years of business development experience in blockchain or fintech, with proven resources in the Middle East preferred;
• Strong network of KOLs and institutional clients in the Middle East region;
• Excellent negotiation, cross-cultural communication, and relationship management skills;
• Result-oriented, strategic thinker with strong execution capability, able to work under pressure;
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic, Chinese, or other languages is a strong plus.

• Develop and execute business development strategies for the Middle East region to achieve company targets;
• Identify, build, and maintain KOL resources, institutional clients, exchanges, and project partners in the Middle East;
• Lead negotiations independently and secure strategic and commercial partnerships;
• Conduct market research and provide insights into the cryptocurrency and Middle East markets;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, compliance, etc.) to integrate resources and improve efficiency;
• Build and manage a local business development team, including incentive schemes and performance evaluations.
