Description

We are looking for a Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and developing strategies to drive company growth. The role involves market research, sales, and strategic planning to expand the company’s customer base and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze data to develop strategies for penetrating new markets and expanding existing ones.
  • Lead Generation and Prospecting:
  • Identify and generate new business leads through various channels (networking, cold calling, events, etc.).
  • Qualify leads and set up meetings with prospective clients.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure alignment on strategy and execution.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Track and report on sales metrics and performance.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on business development activities and progress.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in business development processes and strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Experience:
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or a relevant role.
  • Experience in market research, sales, and negotiation.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Other:
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RO300.000 - RO450.000 per month
