Description:

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and developing operations and supply chain strategies to deliver strategic growth for the company. The successful candidate will possess a strong knowledge of Epicor, plastics manufacturing, and distribution.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in business development and customer relationship management
Strong knowledge and experience with Epicor
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation of business development strategies to attract new customers
Develop and manage relationships with existing customers to build a strong, long-term relationship
Identify and analyze new opportunities for growth in the plastics manufacturing and distribution industry
Research and analyze market trends to plan and propose strategies to optimize business operations and supply chain
Develop business plans and strategies to generate revenue and profit growth
Work with stakeholders to ensure that objectives are met within the budget and timeframe
Keep records of business development activities and provide timely reports to senior management
Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices
