QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in admissions, international student recruitment, or institutional business development.
  • Strong expertise in partnership management, contract negotiation, and lead generation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales/revenue targets.
  • Strong business acumen with strategic and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.

Responsibilities

ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Business Development Manager with strong experience in college/university admissions and institutional partnerships. In this role, you will play a key part in building and maintaining relationships with colleges, universities, and immigration firms to expand D2V Immigration’s services.
This is a full-time position based in the Greater Toronto Area, with the flexibility to work remotely 2–3 days per week.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to grow partnerships with colleges and universities.
  • Lead negotiations and finalize contracts with educational institutions and partner organizations.
  • Collaborate with immigration firms to create integrated education–immigration pathways for students.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand D2V Immigration’s presence in the admissions sector.
  • Manage and strengthen long-term relationships with partner institutions and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor industry trends, immigration regulations, and the competitive landscape to guide business decisions.
  • Represent the company at networking events, partner meetings, and industry conferences.
  • Track and report on business development performance against defined targets.
