Your impact and responsibilities:
This position offers an exciting opportunity as a Business Development Manager in our Sales & Marketing team, based in our Mulgrave head office and supporting Daimler Truck Dealers throughout Australia and New Zealand. The purpose of this role is to maximise the potential of our dealers and maximise growth opportunities by managing the implementation and training of our financial services products throughout our network.

Reporting into the Head of Sales and Marketing, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responsibility for dealership finance penetration performance
  • Developing an excellent relationship with our Dealer Partners by supporting and maximising retail acquisitions
  • Act as the first point of call for the decision makers/fleet contacts and if necessary drivers in relation to automotive issues, deal with any administrative matters and be the first call resolution for all dealers/customers
  • Establish a monthly monitoring and reporting of dealer performance communication channel, with key initiatives and actions items raised and executed
  • Obtaining, facilitating and acquiring Fleet opportunities via our Dealer Partners, CV brand salesforce and direct approaches
  • Managing our Dealer Partners wholesale portfolio, seeking funding opportunities to support their growth
  • Manage Dealer set-up and Business Manager accreditation process
