Responsible for managing the maintenance, development, and sales growth of Darlington products. Key responsibilities include:
· Developing and increasing sales with end-user accounts.
· Managing and enhancing the performance of the regional distribution channel.
· Representing the company at trade association meetings to promote products.
· Participating in distributor trade shows and sales meetings.
· Monitoring and assessing competitive activities and products, providing feedback to the marketing team.
· Ensuring consistent and timely communication regarding activities, market trends, and customer relations.
