Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are hiring a Business Development Manager who will own the deal sourcing function. Your job is to:

  • Network with business brokers to uncover on-market opportunities
  • Talk directly with business owners to generate off-market leads
  • Fill and manage our acquisitions pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified deals

This role is for someone who thrives on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and moving quickly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reach out to brokers, M&A advisors, and business owners
  • Build and maintain a network of deal sources across the U.S.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities against our criteria
  • Track pipeline activity in our CRM and provide weekly reporting
  • Schedule and facilitate intro calls with sellers, advisors, and intermediaries
  • Stay informed on trends in the service-based business space
