Job Description The Role in Brief: Develop clinical commercial activity primarily with clients outside France (dermo‑cosmetics, aesthetic medical devices, skin supplements). Build loyalty with existing clients, develop, organize, and strengthen commercial activity in France and internationally. Identify and convert new clients, manage the full sales cycle (prospecting, qualification, proposals, negotiation, signing), ensure client follow‑up, and contribute to revenue targets. Report directly to the Sales Director. Work closely with laboratory teams, sales, finance, and marketing Key Responsibilities: Main Missions and Activities: Management of calls for tenders and cost estimates: Respond to RFP/RFI, prepare quotations in coordination with Contract & Proposal. Prospecting and business development: Prospect across multiple sectors (pharma, biotech, dermo‑cosmetics, research labs). Identify and analyze client needs. Prepare study proposals with scientific support and negotiate contracts. Achieve annual sales targets. Follow‑up and reporting: Update the CRM. Report on activity (sales and forecasts). Promotion and representation: Participate in trade shows, conferences, and professional events. Carry out targeted marketing actions. Monitoring and continuous improvement: Market and competitive monitoring (trends, pricing, opportunities). Contribute to continuous improvement of commercial and marketing processes (audits, corrective actions). Internal collaboration and compliance: Collaborate across departments to ensure collective efficiency. Comply with and contribute to commercial compliance (contract documents, regulatory arguments). Qualifications To succeed in this role, you must have the following skills: Technical skills: Sales, prospecting, and negotiation techniques Strong writing skills Technological and competitive monitoring Scientific knowledge (skin biology, molecular biology, cell biology) Proficiency in French and professional English Good international awareness Use of standard software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Understanding of clinical study operations and regulatory requirements (GCP/GCLP/CNIL/ISO) Autonomy, results‑oriented mindset, strong interpersonal skills, organizational sense Soft skills Rigor and attention to detail Analytical and synthesis capacity Excellent interpersonal skills – cross‑functional work with study‑related teams Organizational and adaptability skills Initiative and proactivity. Education and experience Degree: Master’s level (Bac+4/5 French equivalent) in life sciences, health business, dermo‑cosmetics, or equivalent. 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within a CRO, dermo‑cosmetics, medical devices, aesthetics, or pharmaceutical industry.
