Description

We are looking for a Business Development Manager in Toronto.
You will be responsible for leading our team and driving revenue growth in the Canadian market. You will develop and implement strategic sales plans, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in IT sales at least 1 year.
  • Experience with cold calling.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently including a strong attention to detail.
  • Language: English - С1, Ukrainian - Native.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey thoughts clearly, both verbally and in writing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of Shopify will be a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Сold outreach Activities: Actively seek out and engage with new cold leads by phone, email, and social channels to attract new customers to DevIT Group.
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration.
  • Acquire and integrate industry knowledge related to general trends, new technologies and competitors.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, consulting with clients on the latest technologies and best practices in the IT industry, tailored to their specific business context.
  • Meetings with prospective clients to find out where they are in terms of budget, timeline and whether there are any other decision makers that need to be brought on board.
  • Pre-qualify new opportunities by assessing mutual interest and purchasing power.
  • Partner with pre-sales teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and report on client interactions, project progress, and overall account status, ensuring transparent communication and effective account management.
  • Our position has specific metrics that determine performance. You can expect daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs in this role, such as discovery meetings booked, leads qualified, or similar metrics.
  • Effectively use Snovio, Pipedrive, LinkedIn, and other sales tools to track engagement with prospective buyers.
  • Actively review, analyze, and optimize tactics with the entire sales team to improve success rates.
