Description
To develop and execute integrated strategies for customer marketing, digital presence, and product lifecycle management to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement a holistic customer marketing, including customer segmentation, journey mapping, advocacy programs, and lifecycle communications to increase customer loyalty and lifetime value. 2. Own and manage the company’s digital ecosystem to enhance brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and provide a seamless user experience that aligns with customer journey. 3. lead the end-to-end product management process for assigned products; conduct market research, define product vision and roadmap, gather and prioritize product requirements, and collaborate with development/engineering teams to deliver products that meet market needs. 4. Utilize data analytics and customer insights from digital platforms and product usage to inform marketing strategies, product development decisions, and measure campaign ROI. 5. Create and manage a content strategy that serves all 3 functions, producing valuable and relevant content for different audience segments and stages of the funnel. 6. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, IT, Design, and Customer Support to ensure alignment on go-to market strategies, product launches, and a consistent customer experience. 7. Manage the budget for digital marketing campaigns and product marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum impact and meet key performance indicators. (KPIs) Possess a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field. Have 5+ years of proven experience in a combination of product management, digital marketing, and customer marketing roles and technology-driven environment Demonstrate strong analytical skills with proficiency in web analytics tools, CRM systems, and product analytics platform; experience with SEO/SEM and social media advertising. Are expert communicators with exceptional writing and presentation skills, able to articulate complex products features into customer-centric benefits and craft compelling marketing copy. Exhibit a proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies, launching products, and managing digital channel to achieve business objectives. Are strategic, data-driven thinkers with strong projected management abilities, capable of leading multiple projects from conception to completion in a fast-paced environment.
