We have an exceptional opportunity for a Business Development Manager / Director to join our rapidly expanding and ambitious aviation group. ABOUT OUR COMPANIES

247 Aviation Ltd is a specialist aircraft operator with a growing fleet. We are currently operating nine aircraft and are adding two additional executive jets to our fleet, enhancing our capabilities in both medical and executive charter. Our core services include:

  • Medical Repatriation: Providing critical, worldwide air ambulance services and supporting life-saving organ and transplant team movements. Our aircraft are configured as flying intensive care units, ensuring the highest level of patient care.

Jet Assist Ltd is the FBO (Fixed-Base Operator) and ground handling operation at both Belfast International Airport and Belfast City Airport. We provide a full suite of services, including VIP lounges, ground support, and concierge services for corporate, military, and general aviation clients. Our seamless operations at both airports are a key component of our integrated service offering.

  • Executive Charter: Offering a premier on-demand charter service for a diverse range of business and private clients.

Both companies are subsidiaries of SERE Holdings Ltd, a Northern Irish family business with a proven track record in automotive, aviation, and medical transport. A recent multi-million-pound investment is accelerating our expansion, and we’re looking for a leader to help us capitalise on this momentum.

Responsibilities

You will be the commercial engine for both Jet Assist and 247 Aviation, responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities. Your primary focus will be on:

  • Driving new revenue by proactively identifying and converting opportunities in key markets, including executive air charter and critical medical repatriation.
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and prospective customers, leading all aspects of commercial contract negotiation.
  • Managing existing partnerships and consistently delivering on ambitious revenue targets.
  • Building our brand by representing the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions, strengthening our profile across the aviation sector.
  • Collaborating strategically with our marketing team to develop and execute targeted B2B campaigns.
  • Contributing to our growth strategy by leveraging market research and industry insights to produce robust business plans and recommendations.
  • Assessing and acting on opportunities to continually improve our business model and maximise growth.
