* Drive PAN-India distributor business growth including Parts & Lubes (Wholesale & Retail). * Achieve revenue, penetration, and product-group-wise targets for BB Genuine Parts. * Lead distributor appointment and network expansion as per annual business plan. * Expand retailer and mechanic base to improve market reach and share. * Develop and implement loyalty & engagement programs for retailers and mechanics. * Lead and drive RPMs/APMs to deliver regional targets. * Capture and act upon market intelligence to improve pricing, schemes, and competitive positioning. * Ensure distributor profitability through commercial discipline and policy adherence. * Maintain Parts business data analytics and develop meaningful insights to track and monitor Parts business and targets. Release timely MIS for necessary decision making. * Define Parts Policies framework as per the business requirement and ensure timely release and monitor governance. * Responsible for leading Parts Sales Digitalization Projects * Responsible for IT Process enhancements related to Parts business. Ensure timely BRS release as per the requirement, explain business requirement to IT team and perform UAT
