  • Proven track record of merchant acquisition in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of various industries and market dynamics.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rapid changes.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is required for local interactions and market understanding.
  • Native Chinese Mandarin, & English Speaker (Written and oral)
