Dream Big Transportation is seeking a results-driven and experienced Business Development Manager with a strong presence across Eastern, Central, and Southern North America. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who understands the trucking and transportation sector intricately and thrives in a data-driven, performance-centric environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 5 years of business development experience in the North American transportation industry, with strong exposure to the Eastern, Central, and Southern markets.
  • Proven book of business with creditworthy clients.
  • Strong industry knowledge and ability to understand and communicate operational nuances.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems and automated reporting tools.
  • Comfortable working in an environment where system-generated performance reports drive accountability.
  • Team-oriented with a pleasing disposition and commitment to client success.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Must work from our Main Operating Office in West GTA.
  • Compensation includes a competitive base salary + performance-based commission. No constraint for the right candidate.
  • Must adhere to all internal company procedures and expectations.
