Gentle Hands Homecare is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our reach and connect more families with quality in-home care.

• Identify and Persue new client acquisition through outreach, referrals, and strategic partnerships and ETenders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, social workers, and senior care professionals.
• Represent Gentle Hands Homecare at community events, health fairs, and networking functions.
• Develop and execute local marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
• Identify growth opportunities in the market and report insights to leadership.
• Meet agreed KPI’s and Quarterly Targets
