A reputed interior fit out company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing high-value commercial fit-out projects across diverse sectors.

Key Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in the interior fit-out industry, with exposure to:
• ➤ Real Estate firms➤ Consultants➤ Building Management teams➤ Freezone Authorities➤ Retail, F&B, Healthcare Operators➤ Government Authorities, and more
• Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills
• Solid technical knowledge of fit-out, furniture, and finishes
• Proven ability to target and secure high-volume fit-out packages

➤ Office➤ Retail➤ F&B➤ Education➤ Healthcare➤ Turnkey Fit-Out Projects

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE commercial interior fit-out industry
• Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree
• Valid UAE Driving License
