Business Development Manager – Field Sales – Netherlands (Dutch Speaker Required) We are looking for positive people with a “can-do” mentality to join our team! We’re talking about energy and a genuine hunger to build a successful career in sales! We have ambitious plans for the coming years, and we need results-driven people to help us achieve them. Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll be doing: Our BDMs are responsible for the overall success of their region. Your main task is expanding your portfolio through new business sales. This will likely take up around 80% of your time. In addition, you’ll continue building and maintaining relationships with your existing restaurant partners, helping them grow and succeed. A typical week might look like this: • Monday to Friday in the field for new business meetings and account management in your region. • Working towards daily KPIs and monthly sales targets! • Optimising sales and profitability of existing customers – upselling, problem-solving, and offering continued support. • We have a telesales team that supports you with booking meetings, but to be successful in this role you must be confident and proactive in generating your own leads and meetings.
