  • Proven business development and sales experience (B2B and B2C)
  • Strong background in tele-sales and lead generation
  • Excellent client relationship management and account-handling skills
  • Strategic planning, market research, and analytical capabilities
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with marketing teams to execute promotional strategies
  • Ability to work independently, meet and exceed targets, and thrive under pressure
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and other sales tools
  • Previous experience in the vaping, FMCG, or consumer products industry preferred
Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Nottingham. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence across the European market.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the vaping and FMCG sectors
  • Building, managing, and nurturing long-term client relationships
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve growth targets
  • Carrying out tele-sales activities to generate leads, secure new accounts, and expand market reach
  • Negotiating contracts and closing business deals
