We’re growing nationally and seeking a passionate, customer-focused Business Development Manager to join our Business Development team. In this dynamic role, you’ll drive growth and retention across our national territory (excluding WA and SA), playing a key part in our next phase of expansion. Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of new account sales, managing the entire sales process from prospect identification and pipeline management to proposal development, competitiveness, service agreements and closing negotiations.
  • You’ll be responsible for crafting compelling proposals and ensuring a seamless transition from initial engagement to contract execution
  • Develop and qualify new customer contacts consisting of decision makers and business influencers for the Company’s various product and service offerings
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities with effective pursuit strategies to achieve annual sales targets
  • Cultivate and nurture customer relationships throughout the entire opportunity lifecycle, turning prospects into long-term partners and driving mutual success!
  • Forge and leverage strong relationships with senior and executive stakeholders to drive business success and achieve strategic objectives
  • Collaborate with communications and marketing teams to create portfolio-specific sales collateral informed by industry insights and market analysis, driving effective engagement and outreach
  • Conduct market research on industry trends and dynamics, offering actionable recommendations for strategic growth while collaborating with operations to develop and test innovative customer-facing service solutions
