EATON is hiring a Business Development Manager Eastern & Central Europe - Emergency Lighting This is a hybrid position (3/2) based in Poland What you’ll do: The Business Development Manager is responsible for the formulation and implementation of the sales strategy that delivers long-term and sustainable growth. He works very closely with the Country Sales Organization and the marketing team and also serves as an interface to product management and production. The perimeter of the role comprises all Emergency Lighting sales in defined markets. Implements and manages a sales strategy, utilizing Eaton's existing sales organizations and channels for defined markets Coordinates and controls sales programs focused on 3rd party sales growth Builds pricing models, competitor awareness, estimates market size and applies suitable quotation, pricing, CRM tools Acts as a key contact point for major accounts and intercompany business units Drives and implements key customer satisfaction improvement initiatives Manages and pushes the updating and distribution of price lists and ensures complete knowledge of company pricing policy and procedures by the Eaton sales teams Works with the operations management team to support the sales & operation planning requirements, by providing sales forecasts for workload and inventory Implements special sales and marketing promotions as they occur through the team to promote products and increase sales Develops and implements sales support strategy to support profitable growth Qualifications and skills: 3+ Years of international Sales &/or Marketing experience Experience in selling Life Safety type of Electrical products and services Prepared to undertake travel – up to 50% of time Technical education such as a degree, Bachelor or Master in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (with basic electrical knowledge) Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a large matrix organization Strong negotiation skills Fluent Polish (C1) and fluent Englisch (C1) What we offer: Competitive compensation and benefits package Flexible working solutions Excellent working environment – safety and ethics are important for us Culture & Values – we are more than the products we invent and produce – the way we do business is just as important.
